  This store is wonderful. Kristen was my sales associate and she was so cheerful and nice. I went in for a new phone, got a new phone, took it home and realized the new phone didn't support a feature I wanted so I immediately went back to the store to see what I could do. Kristen helped me get the right phone I wanted and the Manager was very pleasant and helpful through the misunderstanding as well. I was very pleased with the service I received.

  I've been to this store plenty of times and have always received help no matter what my issue was. Looking at some of these reviews sounds like y'all need to realize you are NOT the only 1 who needs help, everybody piles up at this location like it's the only AT&T within a 50 mile radius. I guess I understand more because I've worked in cell phone retail and with a company as large as AT&T, the retail reps can only go so far with YOUR issue(s). And guess what folks, if you make an appointment, you don't have to wait as long, but if you walk in be prepared to wait that's just the nature of the business. And the times I had to wait, hearing what everyone else has going on & talking to folks, half the time you can call customer service, instead of wait at the store. And what really gets me going is when folks get mad when the reps try to sell you something... THAT'S WHAT THEY ARE THERE TO DO! If you don't want to get sold something then stay at home and dial 611 from your AT&T cell phone and have a blessed day.
