  A great store with many clean demo mattresses to try, very good prices, and even included free home delivery. The saleman, Mr. Lacy, was direct, upfront, and honest with my wife and me, who have never bought a mattress before and were a bit intimidated by all of the options out there these days, and he helped us find the perfect fit for us. Mattress Direct was the first store we visited, and after a long day of shopping at many mattress stores, we returned here to buy one, now knowing that this store is by far the best of the bunch. Thanks to Mr. Lacy for a great purchase!

  I purchased a mattress set that cost me about $1900, after they delivered my mattress set to my home, I find out there is damage on mattress and spring box, then I return to the store next day ask for refund or exchange. They refuse to do a refund or exchange even though I never sleep on it and I even show them the picture of damage part. The sale rep is very rude and no helpful. he even kick me out the store and threaten me to call the police if I am not leaving the store, that is how they treat customer! very disappointed with their product and customer service. there policy and warranty are totally rip off, stay away from this store and don't waste money in there. buy somewhere you will get better protection for your customer right.
