  We had a great experience the 1st time we went. I found a TV and my cousin wanted a gun they had. The old man had to do the background check and told my cousin to come back Saturday and get the put a hold on it. My cousin tried to pay the old man and he said “no, we don’t do that. Pay when you pick it up Saturday. So, today we go to pick it up and the said gun had been SOLD??? The two people working kept looking around like they didn’t have a clue and said they did layaway and didnt understand why the old man would have said that. They talked about calling him but didn’t. They offered another gun but it wouldn’t have what this had. That’s sorry business. I don’t care if your a pawn shop are not. I have a idea. HOW ABOUT ALL OF YOUR EMPLOYEES GET ON THE SAME PAGE FOR YOUR POLICIES AND PROCEEDURES. THANK YOU!!
