  My husband ordered a pair of shoes on Saturday the 19th of February. He was told that when his shoes were delivered he would be notified. Well we track all online purchases to make sure we know where our money is. So we check the tracking number today and it say the shies were delivered on Tuesday. So we go to Finish Line and the young man (who also told me he was the manager ) says the shoes are not there. So i show him the tracking information and he says that's not this store we don't have your shoes. I said okay just refund my money here is the receipt. He says No we don't have your shoes and I'm NOT gonna refund and money. At this point I'm a little agitated. So I tell him somebody is going to either produxe these shoes or refund my money. He walks away like I'm not there. So i call customer service to file a complaint and immediately he hands my husband a open box with his shoes. How convenient. But why is the bix open? How are the shoes behind the counter and not in the stock room with all the other shoes? How are you telling me the person who signed for my shoes is not an employee of Finish Line? But you are conveniently the manager? I smell a theif. This is not over in my book but I most definitely won't be doing any more business with Finish Line. So today is Saturday the 25th of February. I called the store manager to let her know what happened and now I get why te employees are rude as hell. The store manager is also RUDE. The manager nor the customer service department seems to care about poor customer service. I WON'T BE DOING ANY MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM.
