  I'm a bride from Dallas Tx and the Bella I went through is absolutely the best. The store manager is so sweet. She's been helping me on everything. Working with people you have to be a people person. She's never been rude. I love it... BUT THE JACKSON location is horrible. The store manager katty/Katie not sure how to spell her name, is so rude. My girls drove more than 2 hours to get there and she wouldn't even measure them. I understand that they should've made an appointment but her attitude was just unacceptable. I even called her to begg her to fit my girls, I even stressed the fact that I was way behind on my dresses. I asked if my girls could wait around but she was just flat foot out rude. I wasn't even understanding why she was acting that way because I never once got loud or rude with her. My girls called me while they where in the store and i could hear her (store manager) yelling, talking very loudly. After I realized she wasn't going to help me at all with measurements I asked her if she could At least give my girls a measuring form and they could just get measured anywhere. She rudely stated "No, I can't help you with anything" she told me to get it from what ever location I used. I live in Dallas so what sense does that make to call the Dallas location to help my girls in Jackson. I just wish the other locations worked better together after all they are using the same exact name. It's just not good for business. I would never recommend anybody to use a Bella bridesmaids because the way this lady acted was just unbelievable.
